WHATS HAPPENING WEDNESDAY
Good evening Oh, boy it's been a long day! I went to my training and it was boring the teacher wanted to talk more about her life and cats and dogs then training. I don't mind talking about pets I love pets but I wanted to get on with training so that we could get out of there. Because of the excessive talking we ended up having to be there an hour longer then normal and that didn't make me happy nor were my poor dogs that were in their cages for little over 6 hrs.
I have to work Friday but off Sat. but I'm hoping I don't have to work Sun. either. I told them I didn't want to work Sundays but they said we had to have open availablity so that didn't make me too happy.
I got my sf low carb brownie mix and flax seed tortila chips that I ordered last week. I have the brownies in the oven now and I tried the chps which were pretty good they are low in carbs too. I'll have to let you know how the brownies turn out....
The other day I called this hospital here in wichita about a support group for gastric bypass people and they want you to pay like $800 for a life time program suport group and another $180 to go to pre surgery classes they said they want everyone to be on the same page! Ok why do you have to pay so much to go to a support group is what I want to know? Who has $1000 to pay for something like this especially if your on Medicare which I am? I don't know if I will be able to find something free here or not? I myself think that having to pay for a support group program is only another way for them to get more money from people as if the surgery and pre surgery test aren't expensive enough!
Well, I think (I hope) I have broken my platue I was going up and down about 3 pounds for the last week to two weeks and now I'm back down to where I was before I started gaining a few pounds so lets hope I keep going down. I think some of it was because it's that time of the month?
Well, got to go check on the brownies can't burn them! LOL

I got part of my old bed redone today and part of the hole for the fish pond dug...our soil (pardon me, ROCKS!) makes it so hard to dig. I am so proud of the 2 grandsons and all the work they did.
When did Donnie decide to come back down here and what is going on with his mom now? Is she any better?
Tomorrow morning I am going to exercise and get my 3rd day in this week. And I need to go get some more dirt for my flower bed....and try to fini**** up. I would like to go get a mani and pedi but digging in the dirt doesnt do much for those things....lol!
My wrist hurt sooooo bad today everytime I lifted that shovel up. I didtnt realize I had arthritis so bad in my wrist. But that is the pain that it was.
Hey Janet, I dont think it sounds like I run around and am busy, nearly as much as you! Girl you never slow down. I cant wait for you to become a Nana...it is the best feeling in the world. It cant be explained but "MAN what a FELLIN' ".....lol! Your Dr. trip sounds good! It is so nice when you surpass thier expectations.
