WHATS HAPPENING FRIDAY
Happy Friday Everyone!!! We have to do our 4th of July this weekend. Lynn will grill & we'll do fireworks one night. He has to work the 4th so this is the only time we can do it. I called Medicaid again, they still havent recieved my precert. so I called Regina @ Missouri Bariatrics again. She said that with Medicaid, they have to mail the papers in, so that's what's taking longer. I haven't received my letter from them either, so I don't know what's going on. She said that she went into work on Sunday, the 22nd to get caught up & that's when she did mine, so it would've gone out on the 23rd. That's 4 days & I still don't have it. Should it take that long? I doesn't take that long to get from California to here! I dunno. Maybe I'm just too damn impatient. The nice lady with Medicaid told me to call back Monday at the end of the day or Tuesday & hopefully they would have it. Anyways . . . I got a recumbant bike off of Freecycle this morning. I had been wanting one, but didn't want to spend $300 on one. Love ya all, Hope you all have a GREAT weekend! Angy
Had my checkup at MO Bariatrics today and Dr. Suttmoeller and Natalie are EXPECTING again! Kevin told me that my BMI was exactly where it should be after listening to me whine about being to thin. I told him that I want to weight between 160 & 170. He told me I should level out in about the 2 year mark. I don't go back for 6 months.
Saw my general surgeon about my incisional hernia yeasterday and will be having that done here at home instead of Columbia so no tummy tuck for me
The south end of our garden has been flooded with all the rain here in Northeast Missouri. The row of zucchini and 2 rows of tomatoes look bad and I will need waders on to pick beans tomorrow. I have to go into work tomorrow for a bit and then hopefully the beans will have dried out enough to pick after I get home.
I stopped at GNC @ the Columbia Mall and got a months supply of protein bullitts and Isopure. They were on sale and at least I did not have to wait on them being shipped. Only problem I had was no one told me the store had moved in the mall. Its by Target now and much easier to get to.
