WHATS HAPPENING FOR WEDNESDAY

Gee whis you did have a long day didn’t you.? Poor baby girl was probably exhausted for sure. Not many her age would have been anywere near that good.

Well sure you count the part with the liquid diet , it was weight loss hard earned wasn’t it?

Glad everything is going well and that you have no problems….that is a great weight loss .

Glad that you are trying to get protein in , it is really important. If you don’t have enough your body losing weight loses muscle and bone and HAIR….

The walking is great keep it up….

Good Evening, Jan & MO Peeps!

Wow, I can't believe it's already 8:20pm!  I woke up with a really my sinuses hurting and coughing a little.  I felt terrible!  Well, I went to my PCP and sure enough I have a severe sinus infection.  So I am now on antibotics and I should start feeling better soon.  I am just praising the Lord that I didn't get sick while Bec was here!

Bec is such a sweetheart!  I am so blessed the Lord allowed me to become involved in your journey!  I know Monday was a really hard day for you.  I'm glad Tuesday was better and you got such great news that you had passed the "test"!  GOD is GOOD!

Bec and I had so much fun at the Bare Minerals Store in the mall.  They had these HUGE LAZY SUSAN'S with every color of eyeshadow, foundation. lip glosses, lip sticks, etc!  Whitney a sales associate was so sweet and she helped Bec put together the perfect look for her.  Bec is beautiful without any makeup so don't get me wrong, the make up just enhanced what God has already given her!  Before wls I rarely put makeup on, but now I usually put it on more times than not and I LOVE Bare Minerals!

Last night at the dinner table ( it was just DH, Bec and I. Jake had football practice and Luke fasts on Tuesdays),  we were all 3 laughing until we cried at the stories Bec shared with us about her neighbors!  You'd have to hear it to believe it!  Bec just giggled like a little girl.  Her laughter is contagious!  I was sad to see her go and can't wait to see her again! 

Jan - I'm so glad the O2 is helping you!  What  a difference that will make in your life!  You and Andy are up to walking 2 miles!?  That is GREAT!  I told my dh that when this weather starts cooling down (and it has) that we had to start walking in the evenings.  He and I both need the exercise.  Your pond sounds wonderful!  You are so creative in all the ways you do your landscaping.  You could make some extra $$ helping people design landscaping for their yards.  I know I have very little creativeness when it comes to landscaping!

Janet - bless your heart!  We had a couple times when our freezer quit working and we lost a lot of food.  It is disgusting to say the least!  I know you had worked so hard on freezing your veggies and now they're gone.  I'm sorry.  I am so sorry that Megan is still so sick.  I remember you said you went thru the same thing.  So did I.  It is a miserable existence but it will so be worth it when that precious little girl gets here!  I will continue to pray for you and yours.

Shelia - I'm glad the surgery is over.  Sounds like Dr. H did a good job of fixing all that was wrong.  Now you should really feel like a new woman!  Hope you're back on the board soon!

Bec - you give me way too much credit!  I just feel so blessed to have met you and to have gained a such a wonderful new friend!  I'm glad that you felt at home, that was my intent!  You are one of the sweetest people I have ever met!  Precious loved you and Roxie was just starting to warm up to you when you left.  I have a feeling Roxie will warm more up to you the next time she sees you. 
Just think, you only have 4 more weeks and the big day will be here!  You might as well tell Paul and Amanda to get ready to meet me because I'm going to be there that Monday you have surgery.   I'll continue to pray that your wls will be successful and you'll have a quick recovery!!

Hi Debbie so sorry you are sick , this time of year can make you sick if you are allergic any at all. the ragweed pollen is high right now and is causing my nose to run and im coughing a little but i started on my natural stuff i do and usually takes care of it.
Yep we are up to 2 miles a day, not today however , it rained all day we were able to get almost a mile in when we had to quit because it started again. ..
You and Bec just seemed to have way too much fun now, guess im going to have to come along too the next time , lol.
