Before and After Pics - Possibly in the OH Magazine

I submitted my before and after pics. I got a response back asking me to sign a form giving my permission to use my pics in the OH magazine and to write a small blurb about how my life has changed! It is not a guarantee that I will be in it, but I thought it was pretty awesome to get asked. I am going to fill it all out this weekend. Wish me luck.
