I have not heard much from you since all the stuff took place with Ang. So I was sitting here thinking of you and hoping things are looking better for you. Let me know please. :) I am doing great. Proly a little more advanced than I should but I feel great and can tell what my boundaries are and what I know NOT to do or eat. :) I need to do my resistance stuff but the days are not long enough for me hehehe.

I am doing good,I have been walking about 3/4 of a mile in the a.m. and p.m.I know it isn't far but i am working on it.
Today i cleaned the house, did the hardwood floors, stripped beds,washed all the blankets,remade all the beds. Finally got 2 weeks worth of laundry all put away.Didn't know 3 people could have so many clothes. LOL.
I'm getting all my vit in. still not getting in enough fluids i don't think. But i drink so much i feel like i am going to pop.
I am craving V8 and i don't even like tomato juice LOL.
I am wanting refried beans but Abby says not yet.
I am trying to do the shakes but am not getting more than 1 in a day and most days not even that. I know i have to have the protein,just gotta figure away to get in at least 3 a day.
I tried the orange nectar and the smell would gag a maggot.
Think i will try the cookies n cream tonight. Laura has some cinnamon bun that is really good and i have the banana cream pie and choc coconut candy bar plus the vanilla from walmart. I just wish there was something we could mix them in besides milk or water. I do milk .Water sucks.

Have you heard anything about Angy? I am really worried for her. Wish we would hear something.
Will you be at the next class ? The 18th right? I gotta go thursday and see Dr about the infection. I hope it is all gone.

Yes I will be there and yes it is the 18th. Ang is home and she has a post..oh wait you seen it already lol. You might want to see and make sure you don't have a stricture. I am at the point I am wanting to CHUG my waters but I don't. I like the shakes but they are getting old now so some days I think I may not get all the protein. Those whey shakes I gave the recipe for have 52 grams and that is almost all the amount we have to get in. Also you can take some SF pudding and mix the scoop of prot in. I did that yesterday and was quite pleased. I found this amazingggggggggg health food section at Hyvee in Belton! I spent alot of money there lol. I am very much contemplating going organic / vegetarian now. I bought some foods and will try em out.
As for the beans...I been doing beans since we went on the softs. I LOVE em! I don't have any issues passing gas, it passes with no effort lol! I am going to make the protein balls tomorrow. I been trying to stick to our stage. I did have a small bite off the end of Bob's hotdog (not the bread) and it sat fine but I didn't try anymore. I was just curious. Alot of foods give me the stinks but oh well. lol
What fluids are you drinking? I don't do plain waters. I take water and use those mixes for them. I really like the kellogs protein ones. Pink lemonade is reallly good.
I have been in a great deal of discomfort all day on my left side where that lower incission was and up under my ribs like when we had our drains. At first I thought my shorts were too tight but I think it was the walking I did last night. Think I walked too much and too fast. And also aunt flo is here and I am having some issues with that. I made a post for the ladies about it. I have been at a stall for a week on the weight loss but it is proly due to fluid retaining from the PMS.
