WHATS HAPPENING SUNDAY

Good Afternoon Auntie Jan & OH Peeps~

How is everyone today? I just want to ask for prayer before I get my post started-first, for Bec and for Shannon-they both have surgeries in the morning-Bec FINALLY has her WLS-AFTER a 2 YR WAIT!!!! BOOOOO YYYYYAAAAA!!! Here comes Bec-guys-watch out and hold onto the bench-its like I told her-she is gonna come to the bench with such power and excitement-Im afraid she will knock us over-sliding in sideways with her hoopin and hollerin'!!! Then, Shannon is having her hernia repair. Lets pray that BOTH ladies have safe surgeries and speedy recoverys! I would also like you to pray for Jans daughter, Michele-How simply scary!!! I am praying that the good Lord protect her from that lunatic! She may be tough-but drugs do STUPID STUFF-and mix that with a STUPID IDIOT to begin with and it equals=trouble. Lets pray she stays safe!!!

I really meant to get on and post yesterday. I ran out of time. When I did get home-I was too tired AND hurt, to sit on the chair....How long does it take when you break your butt? Im glad I dont have to wear a cast, however. It feels the best when I am simply standing-nothing else-NO movement-seriously.

Friday after work, Mike took the boys to Kangaroo Gyms. Its a kids place-FULL of inflattable stuff for them to do-A HUGE place!!! They played and played-till they closed at 9 pm. They also serve food there AND parents are free. They have the upstairs set up for the parents-with wi-fi and all of that. Really nice. It was so fun that Jon said he liked it more than Chuck E. Cheese-WOW!!! Thats his favorite place in the world. Mike works on the copier at Kangaroo-and his boss is the girls uncle-so Mike got in for a discount...WOOOO HOOOOO...Love those discounts!

Yesterday, Mike had to go to the RC track to help with the fixing (mechanical) stuff of the RC cars and then at 4 pm, he had to go open the Slot car track and run it for the day. Its the one he used to co-own. We were there until midnite! ARGH! Big guys and those tiny cars. I never saw so many ate up grown men-as the ones I see who are serious in these hobbies! I went and did some paperwork for the motel yesterday. Nothing strenuious. No one is letting me-and Im not resisting-Trust me. Im NOT even offering. Im not over do-ing it or anything like that....sat on my rear and/or stood and did some of the books and then typed up some master letters and such. Easy couple of bucks. When I was done, Megan took me to the track where Mike was and dropped me off-and thats when the boredom started in and of course, I forgot my book at home-ho-hum.....

I was suppose to go to Stacys baby shower today. She has been best buds with Megan for years and she calls me mom. She is having a baby girl on October 10th. Her name is Bailey Nicole. She is breach and so they have a c-section scheduled. Please pray that the baby can get turned in there so that she doesnt HAVE to have that c-section!!! Anyway, finally fell asleep at 4 am-got up at 9 and made breakfast for the guys and I decided then-I wasnt going anywhere today unless its an emergency-Im hurting real bad today-like I may have slept wrong or something, I dont know! Plus-ALL of us are getting the sinus/head stuff that we get EVERY fall and spring. Yes, we started all our meds-its just ARGH!~! I WANNA BREAK!~ Anyway-I may go to the shower if I start to feel a little better...IF not, I will see her in a couple of days. I also have to miss Renees big BBQ today-darn it! She has so much going on with their family/nephew dying. We havent heard yet what the cause was. He was only 20-had a twin sister. She isnt doing good and neither is his mom. How sad!! Please keep that family in prayer too. Thanks.

Let me get my reponses done so I can go lay down and take a nap....Its a nap day! Windows are open, can hear the crickets and the birds and its just right out there...I also have a book Im reading that my mom gave me from James Patterson called Youve been Warned. My mom couldnt put it down when she started it. She told me that the book reminded her of me. I guess I will have to read it to see what she meant cuz she wouldnt tell me. Anyway...the boys are tired-and we are just having a lazy day....Mike is up at the RC track helping fix some more trucks/cars and he spent the morning out hunting. I think he is going back out this afternoon-will see.

**Jan-Darn it about the Flippin IDIOT going to Micheles!~ I WISH there were something I could do to help! I WISH I could let you guys have Dozer for a few days...He is the meanest, baddest *SS dog you ever saw-and YES, he has the size AND strength to back up his bark! He is a blockhead-and weighs 180# or more! He doesnt act aggressive-he will just attack! Sebastian LOOKS mean, but he is a teddy bear-go figure! I know she doesnt want to give in to him, but I agree with you-I believe she should move. Its not like she is tied there because her kids go to a school near by or she has a major job position somewhere so she HAS to stay right there! Her safety HAS TO BE #1...I know where she is coming from tho. He has TAKEN so much FROM HER-that she does NOT want HIM to MAKE her do anything else at all!!!! Altho-when people get all doped up on whatever, you dont ever know what they are capable of-and what worries me-is one of Mikes best buds is a cop in Springfield and he told Mike that when they taz some of the "bad" guys-it actually makes their adrenaline rush and they go balistic! IT doesnt affect SOME at all!!! I would DEFINITELY get her a BIG CAN of mace-we have one that is the size of a small fire extinguisher and it has a big old clip on it! The owner of the motel bought us a stun gun too-but now we wish we had the tazer instead. However-with the tazer, once you shoot it-its done unless its more than a single shot-and you have to pay for it to be redone or to get the new cartridge. That gets pretty costly too. I DO believe in guns for self defense-BUT...With the proper training and usage. IF she is going to keep it INSIDE her house WITH HER-and WAIT for HIM TO BREAK down her door OR her window-ONCE he IS INSIDE HER HOUSE-HE IS TRESPASSING and putting her life at risk. SHE DOES have the RIGHT to shoot him then....Maybe she could just shoot him in the crotch! Wouldnt kill him and how funny would that be if she blew off his balls? Go to mycastle.com and it will tell you the NEW LAWS on guns, your home, your property AND YOUR RIGHTS! We NOW have MORE LAW and RIGHTS on our side-OVER THE BAD GUYS! (FINALLY) Did she sign a complaint? I hope so. One other thing you NEED to do TOMORROW MORNING....IS CALL the prosecuting attorneys office. Talk to them and EXPLAIN WHY the scumball should stay in jail and what happened. ALSO-Call them and request that they call Michele when he is released so she knows-or ask whomever-to give her the info when she calls to verify he is still there since her life is at risk. DO NOT take NO FOR AN ANSWER! YOU HAVE THAT RIGHT~!!!! We went through this crap with Melissa and Terry, remember? When it IS an assault and battery or order of protection-YOU ARE TO BE CALLED WHEN THAT PERSON IS GETTING READY TO BE RELEASED~PERIOD!~

I will keep you guys in prayer. I KNOW its hard. I KNOW! There is NOTHING like worrying about our loved ones being harmed and tortured. Rest assured-WE WILL ALL BE PRAYING for ALL of you! Maybe she could come down and stay IN the trailer for just a couple of weeks? How many pets does she have? Too many for you to allow her to bring them with her? If you want-I can use one of my pen areas and they can stay here, outside, fenced and safe-until she gets settled. It will be a car ride-but thats all. I wont charge anything. Let me know. I HAVE THE ROOM and under the cir****tances, I wont be told no by my hubby-Let me know if there is ANYTHING. I MEAN IT! It would be WAY COOL IF a bunch of us gals could go down and stay at Micheles with her and wait for him to visit again-and watch him get his butt kicked by a bunch of girls!!! He would so deserve it! I absolutely LOVE the mental picture-just like Barbara said-OF Jason being stunned/tazed-and watch the weasel twitch all over the place and wet and crap himself!!! Does she have wooden doors? Tell her if she does-that ON the inside-where the door frame wraps around the door-up on top AND the side-to take butter knives and slide them in there, between the jam/frame and the door-its extra leverage and harder to just bust the door down by the frame/jam breaking.

I know about Sugar too-right? She never even considered our feelings when she left us here, did she? Im sorry!!! When WE FINALLY get to go off and do sumthin fun-we arent asking her, huh???? (nana-nana-boo-boo....) LMAO!!! You know she is soaking up all the sun on the beach and not giving us a 2nd thought, dont you? When you talk to her tomorrow tell her that I hope she is having a good time, we love her and we are still praying for good weather and the memories of a lifetime!

ONE MORE WAKE UP...A little drive...and then....dun, dun, dunnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn-BOOOOO YAAAAAA-your sassy sass WILL be on this bench that we have been prepping for you for 2 long years....Dont worry-Your Jan Cs have been using a little glue on top too-so when you slide in sideways with all your hoopin and hollerin' that you dont knock us over and slide on over to the other side-altho-you will just pick yourself up and start over!! LOL...

Dont you worry girlie-Paul WILL be picking you up and carrying you through probably EVERY threshold you crazy kids come across....He wont be too sore for that-and you will FEEL *****Y! By Spring I know for sure....Whens your anniversary? What a fun thing to cross off your list then! Get at least one picture of that since its a goal....

Oh, how thoughtful of A.J. that she brought you flowers and was home before 9:30!!! I bet that was such a treat for you!!!! But, then again-look what kind of mom she has!!! She is just an extension of you and Paul-she cant help but be a wonderful person! I hope to meet her someday... Like I told you in the LAST COUNT DOWN EMAIL TODAY- You WILL be in our thoughts, our prayers and we will anxiously be awaiting a call from your loved ones. YOU WILL DO GREAT! IF YOU NEED ANYTHING AT ALL-Like I told you-IM JUST A PHONE CALL AWAY-AND MY PHONE WILL BE ON AND RIGHT NEXT TO MY HEAD...Call me at 3 or 4 in the morning-I DONT CARE!!! LOVE YOU and consider yourself HUGGED my dear angelette!!!!

P.S. Hey in one of the earlier posts (day or two ago) Peggy posted about the med-IF you start to get nervous or something-ask them to give you your HAPPY JUICE early-they give it to you to relax you before surgery.....IT WORKS! IT MADE ME WAAAAYYYYY HAPPY!

Did you get to that place to get those Christmas arches or whatever they were? WE are CRAZY for CHRISTMAS TOO!!! Our neighbors have told us MORE than once that the airlines could USE OUR HOUSE for their landing strip with the way its all lit up...My hubby even does the roof in stripes. He is crazy! He has had to slow down some due to back, neck and shoulder injuries-but he still does quite a bit. Make sure and let us know when your all decked out-would LOVE to bring my boys to see it-they LOVE decorated houses too!

Im like you and Jan....Dont like crying, loud and screaming noises-and I do often wonder HOW I made it through MY KIDS-LOL...Wow-you sound like me...I have 22, 17, 14 and 5. The 14 is my stepson... Talk about starting over!! LOL...I am getting my first grand-daughter here in a couple of months!

**Peggy-I about wet my pants when I read your post from the other day about your son and how he lived through his teen years!!! Couldnt have come at a better time. My son is 14 and I SWEAR that sometimes I think he has been beat with a stupid stick! He doesnt have the common sense to come in out of the rain. Serious! He is a brilliant student and a straight A student-but unfortunately- he was NOT gifted with common sense....and you cant TEACH someone Common Sense! Right before I had read your post-we had gone to Food 4 Less. Darrel loaded the back of the Suburban since I cant lift anything heavy (broken tailbone)...I TELL HIM-I AM PUTTING THE BREAD RIGHT HERE-PUT THE DOG FOOD ANYWHERE BUT HERE, OK (he looks at me-I SHOW HIM THE BAG WITH THE BREAD IN IT-HE WATCHES ME PUT IT DOWN---RIGHT THERE DARREL-SEE-He shakes his head as if he understands that I SAID DONT)....but for some reason...get home...where do you THINK Einstein put the 40# of dog food? Yep, you got it-RIGHT ON TOP OF THE LOAF OF WONDER BREAD!~ OMG! Sad, Sad, Sad!!! I love him, but fear that he WILL HAVE TO LIVE WITH US FOREVER....IF he doesnt get some common sense he will NOT be able to live on his own...there is NO WAY! Hillbillys with no indoor plumbing, never had a day of schooling and who call their sister-sister mama-they have MORE common sense than him!! LOL... PLEASE PRAY FOR HIM! Heck, PLEASE PRAY FOR MIKE AND I! My other son, Jon-who is 5-IS the ONE with the common sense and who is ALWAYS TELLING DARREL-this or that!! When I was mad at Darrel for the bread-Jon said to me-Mom, isnt that rediculous? I had to smile, but not where Jon could see! ~~ Anyone heard from Brenda/Dennis Minks? Been praying for their safe travels back and for Dennis and his recovery. Sounded like he was doing great! Know that a long trip can play havic with you tho.

How about Sheila? I have text her and havent heard from her. Lets pray everything is alright with her too.....I will let you know IF I hear from her.

Well, Peeps-Im off. Mike went and got my tummy medicine and he is headed home. We are gonna lounge. He wanted to go get burgers or something for dinner-but I already took out a couple of KC strip steaks and the boys will have their pizza rolls/pizza for dinner and Mike and I will BBQ ours. I hope you all have a good Sunday-and lets remember our preops Bec and also Shannon for her hernia repair surgery and then Michele for safety-plus our post op Dennis and for others we havent heard from in a bit!!
