What about a security system?  We have one that was installed for free.  We need have to sign a 3 year contract and we pay $41 a month for it.  All she'd have to do is press a button and the police, fire department, would be called within a matter of minutes.  Just another idea.

Hope you find something that will help keep her safe.  I know that God is always looking out for our best interest.  He allows bad things to happen sometimes to teach us to relay on him and other times it's consequences of the bad choices we have made.  However, He is faithful and just to forgive us of our sins.  So we have to trust the Lord will give you and Michelle guidance on how to hand his jerk named Jason.

Jan, how horrible.  I haven't been online for several weeks and tonite I finally sat down to see how everyone is doing.  My oldest daughter went through the abuse and she was pregnant.  He was thrown in jail and my husband went up (Chicago) and brought her home at 36 weeks pregnant.

I know how hard it is on us so I imagine you are scared to death.  I will keep your daughter and your family in my prayers.  Be strong.
