My breakfast....YUMMY!
This is what I made for breakfast this morning.
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1/2 tsp cocoa powder
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1 heaping spoon of splenda
5 mini chocolate chips
I mixed everything but the chocolate chips in my magic bullet. I had to add about a tbsp of water to get everything blended nice and smooth. Then I sprinkled the chocolate chips on top and ate. It was sooooo good and pretty high in protein too. Probably around 13 since I don't think the other ingredients would contribute any protein, just the cottage cheese.
OOOOhhh, I have to brag....I got in 89 grams of protein yesterday!!!!!!
