Eatin' Good....Beautiful Saturday

Today was absolutely gorgeous up here....60+ degrees with a nice breeze.  Got a lot of work done in the garage (after the running around I had to do and the emergency call from Aunt Margie to take her to the beauty shop.  She told me yesterday that she already had a ride...sigh)  Plus I actually had a pretty good eating day.  Here's the damage...

Out of bed....Java

Breakfast....protein bar

Lunch...2 oz string cheese, 5 Ritz crackers, 2 small bbq chicken wings

Snack...protein bar

Dinner...4 oz chicken tenders (my own - less fat than pre made), 3 T lo fat mac & cheese

Managed to get in my water and vitamins and calcium.  Plus I ran up and down the basement stair about 20 times so I'm about ready to hit the hay.  How did ya'll do today?  Get all your water, protein and vitamins in?

Oh it was a beautiful day!

Breakfast ~ protein hot choc  30 grams

Protein lemonade ~ 30 grams

Supper ~ 4 or 5 bites of sausage mushroom quiche  (wonderful protein packed recipe)

All vits and 60+ ounces of water

I walked  4 miles today 2 miles then 1 mile and then another 1 mile with Paul this evening...  I just wanted to be out side it was the perfect temp!  and the breeze was blowing just right!  It was just simply wonderful and I knew there would not be very many more days like today....

I did not get my fall work done but I sure did enjoy being out there!  We are going to work up the garden tomorrow.... take up the tomato cages and cuke fence  etc... maybe will get my yard work done tomorrow?

You are doing fantastic....I wish I had have the energy and stick-to-it-tivness you do.  Way to go...I can't wait to hear how well you've done at your checkup in November.  He will be astounded!

breakfast -----protein coffee=30 grams
snack ------protein bar and small handful of grapes
lunch......cheese and crackers and a can of Vienna sausages.
snack   protein drink   ----30
supper...small beat to death piece of steak with mushrooms and mushroom soup over it...
very small and very tender...
1tsp of pots with it and 2 T. of broccoli
was a good eating day for me

What a great eating day!  And I so understand about the steak, Oscar is very picky about steak...it has to be super tender.  Sounds really good.....

Outta  bed-Coffee with hazelnut creamer

Breakfast- EAS low carb shake 17 grams protein

Dinner- 1egg, small pancake, only ate about a 1/4 of all.

Snack - Very Cherry protein drink 43 grams protein

Supper- 2 teaspoons mashed taters,2 teaspoons lasagna just the filling part no noodles. Ate about 1/4 of all .

Vitamines in, Calcium No. Fluids No. At least no soup LOL

You are getting there...I'm glad to see that you are getting some more foods down without getting sick.  Keep working on your fluids and calcium, you're getting there.  Yay for you!
