Peggy hope i.m not stopping on your toes but is getting late and figured you are busy getting ready for things,And Didn't you go the the meeting tonight? If this upset you i'm sorry ,just trying to help out.
 Outts Bed Coffee with hazelnut creamer

Snack protein drink roadside lemonade 43 grans
 Breaksat-choc truffle prtein 23 grams plus the milk 6 ozs

Snack roadside lemonade drink protein 43 gramd
 Dinner- Crackers and cheese that comes in the six pack wrappers

Snack Nadda
 Supper,Potatoes with cream of chicken on them 2 teaspoons of green beans Wow the were good right out of the can I musta been hungry LOL, ;
 Another very cherry protein drink 43 grams onlt drank 1/2
so was 23 grams

Protein IN, Vitamines IN,Calcium xs still have 2 to go aint gonna happen,Not enough fluids today,

I need to go get b-12  from pcp and have him rum ok rum sounds good but i meant run lol my labs i have the list,I really dont want the vampire woman at university doing them.So maybe i can sneak up to drs tomorrow and get it all done,I have a list of all the labs they want run. So i dont see why he can't do it there.I was so looking forward to going to dr ceismeir but maybe that can be next month god willing and hopefully i can get reschedualed for pain dr appt.I have done absolutly nothing today and i hurt so bad i can barely move. Maybe if i would of got up off my butt and got motivated i wouldn't hurt so bad,but when i hurt like this in my back and kness i could careless if i do anything
 I responed to a post today and was just trying to be nice and suporrtive but she didn't take it that way ,i upset her with my response. My first instu=inct was to snap back at her but didnt. We all have bad days abd she obviously was haveing one, I'm sorry i upset her which was not my intention ,i was just trying to be positive,Guess she wasn't in the mood .Well neither was i for the remark i got in return but instead og being a rip about it i was nice and even offered her prayer and a safe journey,It will never be my intention to willingly hurt someones feelings or upset them,And i am sorry she took it all wrong
.I hope she feels better soon and she will be in my prayers.
I could go on about the crappy day i have had but i know there are those out there hurting and worse off than me .So i will end this with prayers for all and for a safe trip to and from the support group tonight or in the morning which ever ya'll decide to do,bet ya'll had a bast,Take care and remember to always smile makes people wonder what yur up to.

Pleased to see (meet) you last night and I am so proud of you (any of you) that make it thru this 2 weeks of liquid.  It is so difficult and yet so worth it.  You are doing great and I can't wait to see how much you lose even before your surgery.  Hand in there...8 more days and a wake up?  (I think)

Cappuccino Protein Shake 30 grams

Deli Turkey with couple Tablespoons broccoli cheese soup to moisten
not sure protein grams on this know it was at least 10 grams

one small maple protein ball ~ 5 grams

cherry protein shake  30 grams

1 oz string cheese 8 grams

walked 3 miles ~ all vits ~ not sure if got all water in?

Tomorrow I am going to try a pumpkin pie protein shake ~ will have to experiment with it....

Hey you...

I did have fun last night and look for our (notice...OUR) special announcement later on...k?  By the way, I'm having protein with my coffee!!  Thanks for all the pointers.  And you know with your experiments...you will have to post if they turn out nummy!

Deb....Sweetie...you are sure going to have to try harder than this if you want to hurt my feelings.    I went to Springfield last night for the COF meeting and got home so late I just went to bed.  I worried about this post all the way home so I was tickled to get on here this morning and see it!   So THANK YOU....

As far as that person who ripped you apart yesterday....it kind of looks like a troll.  No posting history, no profile and came out swinging.  That's how a troll starts trouble on a board.   I think you did well on your response so don't worry about it and if she/he comes back with legitimate concerns and responses then I will apologize and try to help them.

My eating was pretty good but I was almost too busy before I left for the trip.

Outta bed.....you guessed it, coffee.

Breakfast....apple protein soufflee'

Lunch....1/2 leftover crab rangoon and 1 leftover pork rib

Snack....on the road....protein bar

Dinner....cup of vegetable beef soup

Noshed on some of my homemade wheat bread when I got it and then hit the hay.

All my water, vitamins and protein.  Just a little tired and a whopper of a headache.

Thanks again for this, you cannot possibly know what it means to me.
