Well girls
Lol I don't know forsure everyone said I wasn't eating enough . So I started keeping chille & soup made up for the last 2 weeks and thats what I have ate NO Bad Carbs at all Like crackers or anything like that which I try to stay away from anyways but I done that for 2 weeks . This week I am doing only shakes this makes my 3rd day so I am trying to trick my body I let it I have some food and now its only getting shakes . I got to get the rest of this off before PC. Go back and see him on the 18th
