I made it home earlier today, surgery went well

Thanks everyone for your support, I'm doing pretty good, still really tired, and have some pain, but I'm trying to get my water in and some protein. 

 

Everything went well, I havne't had any nausea, so that's good.  

Shelley so good to see you home....im glad that you are doing well , be sure and ge****er in by any means that you can , you may not get it all in but do as much as you can..

sugar free popsicles were my best friend right after i got home. if you need any thing we have lots of people on here that can maybe help you

Yay you! I love the fact that Dr. Price makes the opening in the pouch a bit bigger than most surgeons. He says that's why his patients don't experience as much nausea. Congrats again!

Yea, glad to hear you are doing well.

thanks so much everyone, you guys are awesome. I haven't felt like reading much but wanted to keep everyone updated.

 I'm doing pretty good, still have this left sided pain, it's like a pulling sensation, and a bit of a cramp in my lower abdomen, the heating pad seems to help.

 

 I showered today, that felt pretty good.

I just feel like I'm not getting enough water, but I am peeing quite a bit.

My step-mom stayed with me last night and is helping me clean up a bit today and made home made beef broth and chicken broth with veggies that I will eat later.
