               Easy Apple Cobbler

Chopped up apples (anykind)
cinnimon
LIGHT brown sugar. low
Jiffy Baking Mix
Low fat butter

Chop up your apples and put in bottom of baking pan. add cinnimon and touch of light brown sugar. Check to make sure you got the low sugar pkg they are out there. I found it at walmarts by the orginal Brown Sugar. Then add some low fat butter. Then in a bowl put your Jiffy Baking mix in ..as desired. (a good baker doesnt measure) LOL...then put in some baking soda a touch. Then add desired Light Brown Sugar. Then some water until its mixed up like cake mix. Then pour over your Apples bake on 350 until golden brown..Mine is always moist..its so good...TRY IT.......Craig

P.S. You can add Fat free, sugar free whip cream on top WHOHOOOOOOOO

 Sounds GREAT!!!  Coming up on surgery has me acting like a big scaredy cat!  It is good to see that after we can still have good food in moderation!

Hey  this is a good one

I cook up my apples in low fat butter in skillet add slenda brown sugar and sugar free maple syurp let that all cook together I don't message either I would say around 1 to 1 &1/2 cup of splenda and just squirt in syurp to taste.
 
1 cup 2tbls of Old fasions oats
1 egg
2 tsp. Vanilla
1 can Cream or low fat milk
Mix together and then add cooked apples mix , have ready cake pan spray pam in it have oven preheated 350% bake 25mins you talk about being good awesome .
