ticker tape on signature?

Anyone remember how to update your weight loss ticker on your signature?? I knew once obviously LOl but I'm old now and i cant remember LOL, I just wanted to start keeping track of WL now that I finally have some to show haha!!

Jeanie Welcome back.I update my ticker by clicking on the ticker it takes me to the site where i put in password hit update then i update it hit next and tada all done it will automatically update on yur signature.hope that made since{sp} to you lol.kinda confused myself lol.
