Recipe from COF party

Hello all and hope your having a great cold day!!! YUCKY! That is all I have to say on that matter!

Here is the recipe from Vicki that you all met at the COF Christmas party last night.

It is called

EASY CHICKEN BAKE

Preheat oven to 400'

Mix together on pkg. of Stove Top cornbread stuffing and set aside

Cook 1 1/2 lbs of boneless, skinless chicken breasts and cut into small bite size pieces

Mix the chicken with 1 can crm of chicken soup, 3/4 cup chicken broth, 1/2 cup sour cream, and any frozen mixed vegatables that you prefer. Vicki used the grn bean, corn and carrot mix with a little extra broccolli.

place all of this in a 9x13 baking dish sprayed with PAM then top with your cornbread stuffing mixture.

Bake uncovered for 30 minutes.  Vicki said if your'e in a real hurry you can use canned chicken breast and this can be made in just a few minutes.

Sounds like it would be a great last minute dish for any occassion.
