Eatin' Good Sunday....Snow?
Outta bed.....coffee and more coffee at church
Lunch.....Quizno's steakhouse dip (only ate 1/3 of the bread) and baked chips (yeah, bad choice)
Snack....coffee cake
Dinner....Chili's w/a friend....Southwest eggroll and cup of soup
Not a great day choice wise and water and vits are way off. So I'm determined to do better tomorrow. Weekends are never good since I make such poor choices.
Talk away....let me know how your day went.
Love and hugs...

Life isn't about about waiting for the storm to pass...
It's about learning to dance in the rain.
breakfast nothing...wasn't hungry
Lunch cottage cheese. Not so good the second time....
vitamins
snack nothing
supper....Something I probably shouldn't of had but it was good. Hashbrowns and a soft egg.
snack.....water water and more water
I drink water from the time I get up to the time I go to bed. Found out that is about the only thing my body likes for me to drink. What is weird is before surgery I hated water and now I wouldnt' live a day without it.....
It is a curious thing how our tastes change after the surgery. When I was new I couldn't begin to drink cold water....it had to be out of the tap. Thankfully that changed! But I still drink more water now than I ever did before.
I know you are new and going thru all the "stuff" that new-ops have to learn. Hang in there and don't beat yourself up. Just get right back to the basics and pretty soon you'll be an old pro.
Have a great day...

Outta bed my usual herbal tea.
Breakfast - Orange juice protein shake
Lunch - about 3/4 cup of chili and a couple lil smokies.
Supper - Made salsbary steak out of hamburger patties, had a half of a patty and a little cornbread stuffing.
My yummy s.f. popcicle for a snack.
Water and vitamins are on track, didnt walk this morning, I wanted to walk after church but shortly after we got home we had company , gonna try to get in a good walk in the morning before this yucky weather hits. Hope everyone stays warm and safe.
Good morning my friend....
You did have a pretty good day. I am so tickled to see how hard you are working....especially since your lovely wife is soon going to join you on this journey. I imagine the two of you will simply just melt away!
Hope you walk fast this morning....sure is COLD out there.
Have a fantastic rest of the day.

I agree, there are some foods.....!!! So is it just because they go down easy or are so light that they don't fill you up? You'll either have to portion them out or not bring them home any more. (Right, easy for me to say...but not so easy for me to DO)
Trust me, we all know how you feel...now, put the pork skins down and WALK AWAY!!! LOL....try to have a good day, kiddo.

Good Morning...
I was the same way about ice water... NO WAY... IT HURT... I noticed it is getting better at 4 months out.
I ate breakfast yesterday for supper, eggs and sausage...
...other than that everything else on track.
I lost the directions to my pressure cooker I'm praying I find it today or I will be baking the chicken in the oven....
Barb... if you are reading this... how do you season your chicken before you put it in the pressure cooker and do you ever put chicken breast with the bone on it in there?
Have a good day and stay safe if you are out in the nasty weather.
Bec
I love breakfast for supper since I don't like to eat in the mornings for some reason. Sounds good....I may have plans for dinner now...hmmm.
Hope you find your directions, I want to hear how this chicken turns out....sounds so good and moist.
You stay inside and stay warm.
