Eatin' Good Monday.....Still waiting...

Wasnt to bad of a day I suppose.  I didnt get any walking in unfortunetly. 

Outta bed - Herbal Tea - for some reason when I drink the green tea or herbal tea my legs dont swell, when I go a day or so without drinking my legs start to swell, go figure,  I guess the tea works along side the lasix I take, i dunno.

Breakfast - Protein shake and 2 peanut butter protein balls.

Lunch - 5 wheat crackers with low fat cream cheese.

Snack - 2 protein balls.

Dinner - small 2 oz butter fly boneless pork chop baked in tomato sauce.  1/2 cup mixed veggies and spoonful of left over dressing.

Snack - S.F. popcicle,  my best friends lol

Water and vitamins on track. Had to increase my Calcium with Vit D,  my vitamin D levels are low.

Getting a bunch of ice and sleet here, y'all stay safe and warm.

Funny about the tea....but if it works!  You did have a good day; sorry about the walk, tho.  Glad you're working on the Vit D, too....that can be bad news for us.

Try to stay in today....you all are supposed to get it bad.

Yeah no walking for me today, its one solid sheet of ice out there.  I walked, well slid, my way over to Jans to check the greenhouse, took me 10 mins just to get next door lol I made it tho without falling LOL thank the Lord.  At least right now its starting to go from freezing rain to sleet which is good cuz that wont stick to the powerlines cuz they are full of ice right now.  Stay warm.

Hey sweet Peg,

Ive worked myself silly with the wallpaper today ...Worked out this am at the gym too

My usual for breakfast

protien drink and bar

banana after workout

lunch was some popcorn chicken

snack of grapes and a sf cookie

another snack of popcorn

dinner was about 1/2 cup of lasagna

more popcorn

got all the water and vitamins

ready for bed but my hubby was on call and hes at the co-op so he didnt have to face driving back in incase he got called out..so Im all alone! boo-hoo :(

Everyone stay in and stay cozy warm...good night all

woot finally get to post on Peggy's thread hehe!!

Lunch        fruit smoothie w/ scoop of protein powder
Snack        meat and cheese roll ups
Dinner       chicken w/ asiago cheese and spinach

All vits in and all but one bottle of water in and I'm working on it now LOL


So how did I do hehe

Bundle up guys its sooo cold out, I sure hope we all keep power, brrrrrrrr

Jeanine's here....Jeanine's here!!!!   Yippee!!!  Ok, I have to sit down now, too much dancing!!  I am SO GLAD to see your beautiful self back on the board!  And joining in on the fun!

Awesome day from what I can see!  All that protein!  You are just doing fantastic and it's nice to see you are getting better, too.  And getting the place back in shape.

Hey gorgeous Sugar!

Bet you are a little sore this morning!  Did you sleep well?  I hate those nights when he has to be gone...my mind is not good when I'm alone at night.

Looks like you had a super busy day....glad you keep yourself fueled.  Besides, it's just so stinking cold.  I know my body shivers off calories!  Just wish the scale would shiver off the pounds...heehee.

Hope hubby made it home ok....stay safe!

2 protein shakes

baked chicken, sweet potato, bit of veggies

Water good, missed one calcium

Found the manual to the pressure cooker but dang it was hard to understand and I'm a bit scared of it so will have to really study it before I use it... don't want to be killing myself or blowing up my kitchen! ~ha

Will let you know how it goes when I get brave enough to use it...

P.S. Sweet Peggy hang in there with the appts... some times it has to get worse to get better! I'm so full of faith that in the end of all this you are going to ever so fit for service a content, happy and productive servant of the Lord!

Hi!

Isn't funny how we remember the pressure cooker horror stories?  I swear there are probably chickens orbiting earth from all those accidents!  I do hope you get to try it out soon, I have thought about getting one for years...I guess I want YOU to be the guinea pig!  (hee hee)

Looks like you did good on the food and water today.  And we have to take so much calcium that I usually miss a dose on or two days a week.  And some days I miss them all.  Frustrating. 

Thanks so much for the special words...I just sit back and let the Lord speak them to my heart.  This morning is better, my poor hubby let me talk and cry last night....bless his heart.
