Got a question about Dry Skin...I seem to always have problems with it in the winter months...but its really worse this time around.
With this surgery and the changes that our bodys are going through, could this be the main problem? If so is there any kind of Vit that I can take to add oil to my skin? What about fish oil? Not even sure what its normally for...lol but was just wondering.
I have tryed oils after bathing and lotions....way too many to count.
The only thing that I know that will help it to go tanning...but scared to do that with being still fresh out, or do you think that it would be ok. Yes I know that its not good for you....but fat always looks better TAN!!...lol Anyway any suggestions will be welcomed...
Hugs from your scaley poster...lol

During my many pre op diets the doctor told me my skin was dry because I didn't have enough fat in my diet. I can tell a difference now when I do not get enough fat in for a few days in row. I know what you are thinking....gotta eat food. That and water and lotion.

My NUT told me to take the fish oil with omega 3 to add oil to my skin when I complianed of dry skin.  It seems to help.
