What is this meaning??

The other night we went to a wrestling dual in Marshall....(thought about you Bec...) and on the way in went to walk across the gym and everything went to spinning and turn sort of gray....I just kept going thinking it was just me, right, well as I went to go up into the stands...My legs gave out!! How embarrassing that was you have NO IDEA....anyway I didnt pass out or anything but now my thigh muscles hurt like you know what!!! Any Im sooo fuzzy in the brain too....I can not remember things to save my life!!! Im taking all my Vits and am most of the time getting water in and more. So whats going on???
Is this something?? Is this because Im not getting enough protein?? Because Im really struggling with that as you all know....But what am I suppose to eat??? I dont think that I can choke much more egg down....and Cheese is really starting to get old as well....soup well thats a hole nother story....Did do a salmon patty yesterday...but had to force that too.
So any suggestions???

Cor it sure sounds like to me your not getting in enough protein, being that early out of surgery that is SO important to get in your protein,  I know I know its easier said then done, but really please try hard to get in some protein shakes.  If it keeps up I'd sure go to the doc tho.  Hope you feel better.

cor i know a lot of people say they dont like them but you have to use somethig because you cant eat enough this early out to get in enough protein. that is just the way it is....i still have to do at least one a day to get in enough protein.....so i know you will being no farther out than you are....love you and sweetie it really isnt any thing to fool around with...i promise you that if you dont you will really get sick....Jan C.

Hello cor. maybe you should try some different protien powder's.i know they are hard to drink at time's. i add different flavoring to them.you can find some flavoring's at walmart,in the baking area.even try some different kind's of fruit.if you dont like milk andy even uses sugar free flavored drink mixes with some vanilla protien powder.hope you can find something you like or can handle.we are praying for you.susan

I f you can't handle a shake try mixing a scoop of protein in yogurt or pudding. I mix mine with my yogurt every morning to help insure I get my daily protein. If you do get enough protein in your body will start to use your muscles and don't forget the heart is a muscle. Its important to get enough. If you don't eat enough you have to supplement your protein to stay healthy. I had to force it at first and even sometimes now. I almost always get my full daily protein. Even if I gag I do it. Its important. We all want you to stay healthy. Until you can eat enough you have to add the powder or  liquid. You can mix unflavored in almost anything.Take care of yourself,we care about you.
