Eatin Good For Peggy
Since Peggy isn't feeling up to par,Thought i would do the thread for her.Hope everyone stayed warm today sure was cold BRRRR. Tomorrow is suppose to be a better day

Outta bed-coffee and creamer
Breakfast-tomato soup
Snack- banana
Dinner-Beef stew
Snack-s/f popsicle
Supper- 1/2 a hamburger, tablespoon fried taters, 2 tablespoons applesauce.
Snack-another banana
Vitamines on track- Fluids 1160 cc's don't think im gonna make the 64 ozs but close.

It sure was cold today...but like ya said....warmer tomorrow....thank goodness!!!
Ok I have been trying to do better...almost passing out scared me....and I really hate it when the room wont stop spinning....so I have been forcing myself to eat and to eat stuff that different than the norm for me.....so here it is...
Breakfast...I just dont do breakfast....sorry
Snack...had to cook ham and beans for the residents at my new job...so had a few bites..
Lunch...Yep...Chesse and some turkey strips w/salsa...man that was good..lol
Dinner....Protein shake....yuck..but choked it down...Strawberry/Bannana with yogart blended in....yuck, yuck, yuck....but got more protein than normal....
Water not good today...but Vits on track....add Vit C tabs...cause I got a cold coming on....

Peggy girl....I sure hope your doing ok and getting plenty of rest...hope you feel better soon....

The beans and ham sounded really good.Dunno why but chili goes down so easy for me.And ya would think the beans would tear me up.Well they do gas me up LOL.But chili sets well so i eat alot of it.
WTG on getting in more protein.I need to do the same.

Thanks for posting this for Peggy. Yesterday wasnt to bad of a day for eating I guess.
Outta bed - My usual cup of hot herbal tea, sure warms ya up.
Breakfast - Protein shake.
Lunch - We were out running errands so we stopped in at Taco Bell, I had part of a thing of nacho's and a taco.
Dinner - we just had a little snack, wasnt all that hungry. Had a couple slices of turkey summer sausage and a couple small slices of cheese.
Water and vitamins all on track. Exercising wasnt to bad, was gone alot of the day but did get in some walking so thats not to bad.
Hope everyone is ready for the warmer days coming.

I too am ready for spring.I am sick of all this cold.75 would be a great temp to have all year long LOL.
Sounds like you had a good day.I need to start walking again,it just has been way to cold.But the next 3 days should be good walking weather.So when Nikki gets home from school we will take a walk.She likes to ride her bike.It is good for her also and she enjoys doing it.She is a lil chunky monkey so anything i can get her to do and think is fun is ok with me.
My son brought over some deer kabob thingys last night.So am gonna try them.Last time he made them they set my tummy on fire.So hopefully they don't do that this time.
