found a good protein drink

I wanted to share I found a really good protein drink at costco last night, it is called premier nutrition, high protein chocolate shake. here's the "stats" 11 oz  160 calories , fat 3g, carbs 5g,sugars1g, and 25% of most al the vit and minerals  heres the GREAT  30 GRAMS protein!!! yeah , it tastes really good, the best i've found, I have tried so many powders but it is  hard to stick to them , they all get so grainy ugh. I hope that this is a "good " one I needed to find one I can stick with, and can't remember what the best kind for us is. it say's milk protein isolate, milk protein concentrate,whey protein concentrate ???? whatever all I know is that it tastes so good lol, if anyone knows if this sounds like the "right" or "wrong" kind please let me know. thanks
