Calcium Citrate +D

Let me give you a little bit of an update....

We just moved ( for those of you who didnt know it) AGAIN!!! I knew shortly after moving to the townhouse, we wouldnt be there long... ALot of problems over there drugs and etc... We just moved to a wonderful and beautiful house. We have been here about 3 weeks...and I KNOW we will be here for some years to come. I am 110% completely happy with the area and the house is nice, its a larger house and harder to heat, but we'll make it work. Plus, we dont need to heat so much with these beautiful days? I cant wait for the Spring!! Jazi and I are excited about planting flowers...  There are already tulips and dafodils planeted and blooming. ( atleast the daffys are)

Okay, so I havent been able to take my vits because they were packed and of  course the last thing to get unpacked... I cant remember if I am supposed to take 4 a day or just 2. I still havent located my white binder... but I know it has to be around somewhere... I dont have the best memory ... I do know that I cant take the multi until lunch because I already took 2 citrate +D. I do take my thyroid meds along with the citrate... I think that is okay. I just want to make sure I am doing everything right.

   We are all doing well. Yest., was my anniversary and we got a new car that is plenty big enough for all of us. Its sooooo nice!!! I love it! I put about 25 miles on it visiting friends and showing it off!! LOL I am sooo ver y proud!! Hope everyone is great!! Have a great week!!!

Are you taking citrical petites?  If so you take 4 a day.  Remember you have to wait 2 hour between taking calcium and iron..  congrads on your new car and move! Take care! ;)Lou

LOL. They are NOT petites. They are more like horse pills! I dont take iron but I do take a multi-vitamin + iron... so I wait till lunch time to take them and I take the citracal 1st thing when I wake up... I am just not sure if I should be taking them 2 pills twice a day??

Congratulations on the move, it sounds like you finally found the place to call home! I can't help too much on the vit. issue, I am struggling myself, I take everything i'm supposed to, but my body feels like I have the flu, I just hurt all the time, guess i'll go in for my year checkup next moth after all lol. I just wanted to say congrats and i'm thrilled you seem to be so happy   YEAH LORI!!

We are suppose to be taking 1500 mg of Calcium Citrate with vit D so depending on what size ya have, I take 3 600 mg of them.  Hope that helps.
