WHATS HAPPENING THURSDAY

...this is going to be short and sweet tonight, was working away outside in the garden and yard and we got a call from Michele  that she really needed us for something but after we got all the way over there it all worked out ok. ...so wasted a good outside working day to spend it in the truck...

Bec::::: sorry I wasn’t at my phone when you called this evening? I tried calling you back and so it goes , we are playing phone tag I guess....so ring ring your it.

SUGAR:::::::: well how was the body wrap? I had one years ago...it was all the rage then back ,,,,,,,,,oh my gosh probably 30 years ago lol  it was touted at that time as the new way to lose weight ..so how was it and did you like it. at least you had to lay still for awhile lol

Yeah the lake sounds good at the boot camp....i have been thinking about this a lot...even as a one on one  ..

SUSAN:::::LOL can you do me a favor? Don’t use that light colored printing ...i have to strain to see what you wrote...i guess im too old.  Well what did your doctor have to say? How is everything going ? hope you all had a better day than we did...

Will see you in the morning.

PEGGY:::::; don’t you just hate that when you wake up like that? And the awful thing is that you don’t know why you are feeling that way...lol  I always  say it is just crazy woman illness.

Boy I feel for you trying to get everything cleaned out of storage and to the farm....wish I were closer I would love to help you....you need a couple of strong guys to do what you want lol

Oh was going to ask you something . do you just do one little ramekin at a time? if so do you cut your ingredients to ¼ or put the rest in the frig?

On the decision about the hysterectomy or abulation, , some times the ablation you have to have it done again sometimes more than once. But you and you alone need to decide this one. Me im one of these people that wants to do things once and have it over with.lol

Love you and will be praying for your decision to be an easy one..

BARB:::::::so sorry to hear of your familys sadness.  Know that I am praying for them to gain understanding .  that is hard to get when it is someone that you love.

She was really young wasn’t she.

We understand while you are gone . but we will be praying for you as well.

SUSIE:::::: yea !!! that is great that you lost weight on vacation, I think that is the main reason we lose is because we are a lot more active.

Glad that you are home. Isn’t Hawaii beautiful ? Joe and I went in 2000 I think it was.

Took two of the grandkids with us(teenagers) they loved it too.

So you like Chickens too, me too. don’t think I have much more space eithere. Lol

LOVE ALL OF YOU  have a great and beautiful day.

Good Morning Mimi and Mo...

Mimi I was just calling to ask a question  as I was heading out to plant my strawberry plants ... I was going to ask if I needed to use root stimulator on them?

No I don't think my Paul is liking flowers he just for some reason had a bit of a lapse there? ~tee hee and he knows I like them so well I guess... I wouldn't be surprised if he is not out there cutting off one of those big ole elephant ears and trying to make himself a giant cabbage roll out of it!!! ~ha

Paul and I worked in the afternoon getting the dirt all fixed up enough to fill the two strawberry frames... it took several scoops with the tractor and bucket to fill them and then the tiller to work them all up... it was great fun getting my hands in the dirt planting all the plants... I am going to go see if I can find a couple of small white plastic containers to put the very top tier on the frames just for the fun of watching them grow...

Susan!!!!  Your new pics look simply wonderful!  Such a difference already!!!  I'm so proud o you!

Lou ~ your new avatar is simply beautiful as well!

Susyalba ~ I'm real happy you have broken that bad ole stall.... I was looking at your ticker and you sure have come a long way!  I'm happy for you.

Barb ~ you and your family are certainly in my prayers.

Peggy ~ I had to smile to myself when you said you woke up mad!  I have done that a few times too and for no reason... seems crazy huh? I do think sometimes "we were sisters separated at birth" as you put it recently. ~tee hee

Sugar ~ hope you enjoyed your self at the "day spa" ~ha

Andy and Susan ~ neat that you found the clothes... and got all your errands run as well.  It won't be long and Andy will be needing those shorts as we will be complaining how hot it is... I hate the heat but maybe not so much this year I hope?  I can't imagine being hot at this point as I've been so so so cold.

Pooh ~ WOW  that fish was huge!!!  I bet it was incredible to reel that baby in!  Glad you had fun!  And it sure was good to see you post!

It will be another busy day it looks like... I have to go to town on an errand for Paul and will get a few things done while I'm in there I guess.  Have a little more laundry and a bit more house work to so too...

Susy ~ your trip sounds like it was just a wonderful time!  I'm so glad you got to do that... did you wear the black dress? Marylin was telling me about it the other day... said you looked so good in it... and about finding the butterfly pin to go with it... don't you just love it when that happens?  Anway glad you had so much fun and lost weight too! Yippee!

You all have a good day... sounds like we are going to get rain today.

Good morning everyone!  I'm so tired I feel like I can hardly go.  I just need one day off to do nothing, zip zero, nada.  Yesterday was my 6 mo check up in Columbia.  Everything went great I'm down 102, but its really 104 cause they weigh you with your clothes on. HA ;)  I don't have to go bac****il October which is my 1 year.  Renee I missed ya there yesterday, i hope you're feeling better.  Frank and I went to Jeff city and visited a friend of  ours then we hit the outlets at osage beach.  We had a really good day together.  On the way home I get a call from someone wanting to look at a house I have listed, so we went by there to show them.  He stayed for an hour looking.....good news i hope, but by the time we got home we had been gone since 8 am and it was 9pm.  I'm wiped out.  Today is a super busy day too, I've very thanful but oh so tired.  I hope everyone has a great day! Lou ;)

Its map testing at school this week and next so I most likely won't be working much. Its good for me to have the time but not good for all the bills from the vacation. I left my coat in Hawaii. I wore one on the plane out because it was snowing here and when I left There it was so nice and warm I left it behind. I just cannot justify buying one now since I hope I will be smaller in the fall. It was really too big and not that expensive so I am not beating myself up over it. I just need it to stay warm here. I guess I could go back and try to find it.(HA.)

If anyone needs a size 22 bathing suit I have one I bought last year and never wore. I guess since it was new I felt I had to hold on to it for some reason. Let me know and I will try to get it to you. Otherwise it gets donated. I no longer feel the need to keep it.

I hope the severe weather misses us tonight and you all have a great day.

Good morning Missouri....

Ok, so I woke up yesterday with "crazy woman" illness (thanks Jan), managed to get my act together and got a little work done.  Went to church last night, came home and watched our favorite show and headed for bed, expecting to sleep well.  NOPE!!!  Could not get to sleep.  I did the lovely "cat nap" thing all night.  You know, sleep lightly and wake up....over and over.  Blech.  Good thing it's raining today....I have an excuse not to haul stuff!  Cause as cranky as I am from not sleeping it would be worse if I had to work.  And yes...a couple of strong men to work for me would be great.  Especially if they were nice to look at!    Don't tell Mark I said that!!!

Jan, I'm like you.  When I decide to have something done I want it done.  That is the reason I'm steering away from the ablation.  My fibroid is in the place that it could cause the ablation not to work.  I don't want to have to do it again so now I have to figure out the timing.  Really depends on if the guys strike or not.  He needs to be AT work for our insurance to cover the procedure.  Plus I want to go see my daughter and I need to be healed enough to travel.  My gyno mentioned that I could get my tummy tuck done at the same time but I want a LBL and there's not enough time to get both planned.  Not to mention the extra expense.  But it is SO tempting to get the acres of skin off my front.  I know I would a lot smaller clothes if all this nastiness wasn't there.

As far as the souffle...I alter the recipe for half.  But I still use a full scoop of protein powder and use a bigger ramekin.  So I make a double portion but I usually can't fini****  The single portion is almost not enough and the double is too much.  But it's the only way I can get it to work best for me. Sometimes I keep what's left and eat it later in the day.  If I make a full recipe more of it ends up going to waste.

I found a bunch of stuff that I had forgotten about when I was moving stuff yesterday.  There is a bunch of crocks, lots of bottles (she used to go digging for bottles in dumps...some of them are really old.)  There is going to be a lot of the older canning jars.  Planters, concrete stuff for the yard, lots of tools (Mark's dad's stuff), 45's and LP's, baskets, rugs, granite ware, all of her kitchen stuff and on and on.  I'll make sure and post a link when I get it up and running.

Well that's enough of my rambling.  Need to figure out what to do today since I can't move stuff.  Church again tonight and no dancing tomorrow night since we will go again for that service.  It's interesting to see what Christ was doing and teaching as He was preparing for the Cross.

Have a great day and love you all!
Peggy
Life isn't about about waiting for the storm to pass...
It's about learning to dance in the rain.

Dear Aunt Jan and OH Peeps

I just wanted to pop in and say hi.  Renee is recovering okay and so is Stephanie.  We are all going to Jolly Mills on Saturday to BBQ and get together.  Then we have Easter Sunday at Megans-her first holiday at her first real house! She is so excited.

Mike and I are excited. We are watching Mackenzie overnight tomorrow night.  She has her days and nights mixed up and since Aaron works nights, Megan doesnt get much rest-so we are watching her-so that Megan can get a good nights sleep.....Mike and I basically spend the weekends awake off and on during the nights anyway-so it wont bother us any. We will enjoy it. The boys are already arguing over who gets to hold her first and so on!

I will get on and post later-but we are under a tornado warning and its getting bad out there-of course-as soon as I get all set up-which takes forever......

My love and prayers to all of you. I hope your all safe, happy and healthy.  Love, Janet
