Sheri from the RNY boards Buffalo chicken dip OMG! yummy!

I made this recipe that Sheri from the RNY surgery board posted and WOW was it good and spicy here's how it goes....

1 large can of chicken
2oz greek yogurt
2oz low fat cream cheese
3 T blue cheese crumbles
2 T Franks Hot sauce
1/2 t. onion powder

mix all the in a pan and coo****il everything is melted, I put in the fridge and ate it on a few crackers. Its really good!

I've seen that recipe before and have never made it....but my stinkin' husband doesn't like blue cheese so I'll have to wait until I have someone over that does!!  Glad to know it was good though :-)  Thanks!

sounds great ....anyway that i can make hot stuff ....is the  Franks Hot sauce like Louisanan hot sauce???

Oh yeah you can use what ever hot sauce you want.  I love HOT so I made mine extra spice and here are the stats I forgot to post, this is for 1/2 cup

164 calories
4.6 g fat
1 carb  
24.3 protein

;) she posted a fauxtato salad everyone is going nuts over I'm going to try it too, its made with Cauliflower ;)
