Hello lou you are soo right.it is all well worth it.i feel so much better now.it has been a long time since i felt this good and down to a smaller size i was never in before.i am not that small yet but i am getting there.will be 3 month's on wednesday since i had my surgery.have a good day god bless.see ya soon.love ya.susan.
