Low Energy Question???
Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
then how about your vits what are you taking and how much also water...do you get at least 64 oz in and with the hot weather you should maybe up the amount of water...
if anyone of these things is off it could account for your low energy......are you taking extra iron? what about B-12 let me know all of this and maybe we can see what is going on....

Thanks Jan, I took a protein shot (whey protein) within an hour I felt much better.
I really need to find a new protein supplement, I absolutely hate every protein I have tried, Isopure leaves that nasty slime in my mouth that I can not get past, New Whey, is so horribly thick and sweet I just want to puke when I take it (that is what I currently am taking (42g per 3.4 oz). I have bought the vanilla shake whey protein mix from walmart too. Put that in a smoothie, in peanut butter, decaf coffee, cream cheese. Still nasty the Fruit & yogurt smoothie was the only thing even close to masking the after taste and flavor. But still was very strong.
I havent been very good on my vits lately, I have a lump in my throat, (about where my para thyroid would be, and I have hypo thyroid) been to the dr here on post and have an ultrasound scheduled for next week. It makes swallowing pills impossible. They stop there, make me choke then I throw up. I even cut them into smaller pieces. Still taking the B12 (2500)and had some chewable multi vits left but my calcium and b 100 are a no go currently. I am going to be ordering some of the chewables online this week. I know I need them but was really hoping to use up the pills I had bought.
I am trying very hard to get in my 64 oz of water. I get between 2 & 3 bottles of water a day currently. Takes me forever to finish the 17 oz bottle.
I do not take iron seperately, my multi vits have extra iron.
We ran non stop this past weekend and I hate super great, my cousin was up to visit from KY and his wife is only 4 weeks out. So just starting really soft food. So it was great as we both made sure we ate protein, and took our vits and tried each others vits and protein. I think the lack of sleep and then Monday came and I was so tired I didnt eat the protein I should have. So I think Tues my body was paying for it big time.
But I do appreciate your time and suggestions, sometimes I just need a smack in the head to make me think oh yeah, maybe I should try that. But this whole new body thing, I knew it would bring changes, but never thought I would have to learn all new signals and my body all over again to this extent. Pretty crazy, dont regret it, but still crazy.
