What 11 months looks like

Pics in my photos. July o8 and July 09. Still not good but better.I still see myself  just as fat and ugly as i was last year.Hopefully someday that will change.

Deb....I wish that I could be there right next to you to give you one GREAT BIG HUG...but this will have to do for now (((((((HUG)))))))!!!!
You are one beautiful woman...you hear me!!!! Your doing awesome on your weight loss....you have to remember that you have had a tough time of it...and now with the stress of your mother's cancer it will be even tougher for you...but you know what you are one of the strongest persons on here....so with that you will secede.....
I can see a hole lot of change in you from last year to present......and no I didn't have to be brave to see the difference....silly girl you are.....
Keep up the good work and you will get there before you know it!!!!

I could not get in to see your pics but I can tell by your BMI calc that you are doing great. Congrats on all your hard work!!!!!! I know you would look beautiful in your pics.....
