God continues to bless me with another year.  made me a birthday cake (the real thing) yellow cake with white icing and even coconut on top.  Funny thing, after I ate supper - which didnt sit well on tummy - I couldnt even eat the cake.  but hubby enjoyed a piece.  Oh well, it was just the idea I always make cakes for the family.  So into the freezer it will go.  God Bless!
