I had half a (turkey) polish sausage, cut into very small peices, grilled with onions, green peppers, and red peppers. For some reason, I wanted something different today, and luckily I found it.

I have a protein shake every morning as I have found that is what works for me. When I eat breakfast, it makes me hungrier the rest of the day and more likely to fall off track. So, I, like all mornings, but Saturday and Sunday had a protein shake. And I have had coffee. And at about 10 or 10:30 I will eat some cheese for a snack.
On Saturdays and Sundays, I eat Kashi waffles with low sugar jelly for breakfast. I like the honey oat ones topped with low sugar strawberry preserves. Really tasty.

That's right, What's for breakfast instead of What's for supper??? I thought I would mix it up a little this morning. I don't know about you guys but I tend to get stuck in a rut for breakfast. You know, the same old same old morning after morning. Just curious, what do you guys eat?? Today I think I am going to have a protein shake. It has been a while since I hav ehad one for breakfast. I love to make my own with Vanilla Designer Whey Protein Powder, 1 cup milk, a few cubes of ice, a very ripe frozen banana and a drop of pure vanilla. YUMMMO!!! Taste like a Banana Milk Shake. I have tried other fruits in it but this is my favorite. If you like protein powders, I highly recommend you try the Designer Whey Vanills. It is really good, mixes well and goes great with fruits, flavored syrups etc. The vanilla has no sugar alcohols so it doesn't come back to haunt you later!!! You can also purchase Aria, it is water soluble. s\So no extra calories from milk!!!!
anywho, let me know what you guys eat or drink for breakfast!! have a good day!! Chat later!!!

We did have a good day today. A little work and a little fun, it was a happy mix...lol. I work for a great company. Every so often we have stress release days. They will pull us in off the road and show a movie and serve popcorn. We work in a high stress environment and our owners take extra measures to ensure our well being.

What a great way to spend a Wednesday! I'm jealous as I am forever strapped to my computer keyboard. I love field trips. LOL! My only reprieve is that tonight is choir practice. YEAH!

Our patients will so enjoy seeing the "Red BIrds" Dresses out in football clothing!! (We are required to wear red uniforms/shirts and khakis. Most of them sy "Hear come my Red Birds). I have to be at both as I am the organizer. Better get out of here for now. I have to get busy, busy, busy!!!! Hope all have a good day and if you happen to be near Booneville from 11:30 - 12:30, or Belmont form 4:00 - 5:00 stop on by Heart to Heart Hospice for some treats!! I'd love to meet you!!!!

Topic: Anita's Surgery - status
Anita (AnitaHeath) is in the recovery room and her RNY went GREAT!!! She is ready to get up and walk around. And if she behaves really good, she can even have a sip of water tomorrow morning. She won't be able to get to a computer at least until Monday, and she wanted me to share her wonderful news with all of her new friends on the group. Also, she wanted me to thank all of you for your well wishes and prayers.
