Topic: recipes needed - warm breakfast drinks
With the morning getting cooler, what are some good warm breakfast drinks?

I am now 2 months with the Lap Band and after one fill, I find that I can only have liquids for breakfast. And I am looking for suggestions for good warm breakfast drinks to drink on these chilly mornings.

I actually grabbed a coat out of the closet this morning.  I am trying to decide when to start using the fireplaces. . . I am enjoying the change in weather. I'd rather add layers because of it being cold, because when it's hot you can only take so much off without scaring people. LOL!
Happy Monday,

It was AWESOME!! My 15 year old is like me. We would be happy sitting in a corner, reading a book. We're not real out-doorsey types. However, we had a great time! For $6 you get to tour old homestead houses, play in the corn pool, play in tipis (TeePees?), ride a tractor trailer around the property, walk through a wheat maze, walk through a hay maze, and pick your own pumpkin out of the patch. And there are swings everywhere for the kids to play on. There are picnic tables so you can bring your own food and eat there, or buy food there.

My daughter and I loved it! Make sure to take your camera. In fact, we took a digital camera so we could take a picture of the map of the wheat maze. And we kept referring to it while trying to find out way out. It was fun!

We may even go back another day when my husband isn't working.

I'm back on cream soups for a day or two.  My DH made chili Friday night and tried to kill me with it!   My pouch revolted and revolted.  I mostly stayed hydrated over the weekend knowing it was the best I could do.....Amazing how I could eat Wendy's chili everyday for darn near a week and it didn't bother me.  I still can't do chicken unless its blenderized.  It just will NOT go down.  I'm only 5 weeks out tho, and know it will get better.  The things I'm learning are priceless!  Have a great week!

Hello, I'm a lurker here, but wanted to ask you how you liked the pumpkin maze? I am relatively new to MS, and don't know anyone or what's out there, and would really like to take my 3.5 yr old to do something like this. I took him on a hay ride last year and we picked a pumpkin and he loved it. I'm also a photography enthusiast and would love a chance for some fall themed photos.

Hope you had a nice weekend!

Topic: Good Morning all!

Good Morning! I hope everyone is having a good weekend. Isn't it beautiful outside this morning! The leaves are begining to change, the cool crisp air...I love fall! Isn't it wonderful to be able to see the beuatiful colors! Thank you Lord for this and all your many blessings! My sons girlfriend is coming over this afternoon. They are going to make homemade pizza and we are going to play games. I am looking forward to this! I love spending time with my family! He still lives here but we are both busy people and seems like when I am home he is working and when he is home, I am working. He is a full time college student and works about 20 hours per week. His girlfriend is a sweet heart, I claim her for mine. They broke up for about 3 weeks after dating for a year. I don't know who missed her more, him or his dad and I....lol. We were all happy campers when they got back together. She keeps him in line.....lol! I hope you all have a good day! Chat later1

Sounds like a fun day. I hope you enjoyed it. We (the company I work for) had a booth at the Fall Festival in Booneville today. We sold gourmet popcorn, cokes and chances on a $100.00 gas card. I had to get up at 5a (that just isn't right for a saturday...lol). Anyway, we had a fun time and saw lots of arts and crafts. There were some really pretty things. Anywhoo, I am beat and going to rest for awhile (curl up by hubby on the cush and watch tv...sleep, lol).
