I just came from paying the hospital for my surgery (deductable) and the hour long pre opt with Dr Avara. Now just the pre reg. at the hospital on Monday and I'm all set, Have a great day, GOD BLESS ALL.

There are websites for copy cat recipes. I've made the copycat Olive Garden salad dressing. But it was different than the one you posted. Mine was kind of thick but very close in taste and yummy!

I am not a teacher but had the bcbs state ins and they cover NOTHING to do with weight loss. I do know that Medicare just starting covering lap band so bcbs ms or state will prob have to follow suit before long. although it is up to your employer as to what they allow and disallow in the insurance.

Hope everyone is doing well especially with this LOVELY weather! Our supper is homemade chicken strips, squash casserole, cheesy potatos. BTW I tried your broccalie casserole OMG it was wonderful. Of course I rather have the rice in it but since dh does not like rice this was perfect for him. Janielyn also liked it. Thanks!

It is a good morning. It is beautiful outside and we have almost made it to the weekend. Tonight, dinner will be at church or somewhere in between home and church. I let the kids decide. Have a good day!
