HA!! I can post one of these.

Last week I did not get to the gym 3 times which was my short term goal. I was not going to let  that happen this week. I knew that trying to get to the gym during the week after work was NOT working. Between the kids and eating dinner and being tiered it was not happening. I needed a new plan.

I set the alarm and I got to the gym 5 minutes after 5!! HAH! I did it. I could not stay as long as I wanted becauise I had to get to work. But the longer term goal is to go every day. So slightly shorter and a bit veried in exercise might just be the trick!  20 minutes on a stationary bike and 20 minuts on upper body machines. YES!

I have an appt with a personal trainer at my gym today so I hope to learn how to kick my own ass!!!

I signed up last week and have gone twice since friday. I also have a goal of going at least 3 times a week and progressing to 4-5 times a week as I build up some stamina.

Rode 10.3 mile in NJ. Worked out with light weights upper body. Went and ate with JBob. Plan on walking. NEXT!!!!!

hauled brush all morning. As if that wasn't enough work-out, I'm headed to the gym to work on some cardio.

Worked back and biceps. Walked 1.5 miles on the treadmill.

Thanks for the post, Marc. I did a 20 mile fast as I can go ride on my bike and 30 minute core gym workout.

I walked approx 3.5 miles today again only 12 days out I think it is pretty damn good.

Been faithful to my 3 days a week program and paln to go up to 4 this week.

Monday 30 min on stationary bike, 10 on treadmill, leg workout
Tuesday 60 minute water aerobic workout

For those of you with mobility problems (i.e. I had knee replacement in Feb) you should try ou****er aerobics. I was hesitant because I had watched it before and its usually a bunch of older women.Once I started it kinda broke the ice and other men started showing up. Its a great workout and occaisionally little hotties show up wearing skimpy bikinis that don't hold up to all the jumping up and down
