My wife and I made bets as to how much weight I lost in the last week.  I went in for my post op visit with my surgeon yesterday.  She kept texting me 'weight?'... All the while I was still sitting in the waiting room.  Once I was finally seen I could hardly believe my eyes when I stood on that scale.

Needless to say we were both wrong and I lost more weight than my optimism allowed for,  Damnit I love this post op progress.  I lost another 13 pounds in the last week.  Having lost 12 pounds week one after surgery I was dumbfounded that the week I was actually eating I lost more weight.  I am now down to 377.  My highest weight was 425.  Weight when I saw the surgeon pre op was 411 and day of surgery was 402.  i wanna have an Irish wake and celebrate the fatty tissue that I have adiosed forever!

Here lemme get out the frebreeze.  SPT SPt - Damn I just ran out - deal with it...

Sounds like you are working the program.  Stay up with your water and supplements and keep doing a great job.  You seem to be taking up much less room on the losers bench!!
