My name is Adrian and I have been lurking around OH for a while now. You guys have been such an inspiration to me on my journey and have provided lots of great advice. I just wanted to introduce myself and start joining in on the conversations. I had RNY on April 28, 2008. I started at a weight of 550 and am now weighing in at 327. That's a total loss of 223 lbs. in 9 months! I look forward to hearing from you guys.

You're doing great!! Welcome...Your imput is what makes this site go. We offer alot of support...but alittle less fluff that you might see on other sites.

FAN TAS TIC, I 'am a newbe just getting my eating and drinking habits arranged. Calories DO COUNT and so does daily activity or workouts. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK
