It's seriously nothing to worry about but I ABSOLUTELY HATE IT! Seriously, it's the worst part of any surgery to me. They generally put it in while your under, so no issue there. But I find it very irritating on the urethra post-op and can't wait to get it out. Then there is the getting it removed part. I can't say that it's painful per se, but it's very uncomfortable to me. They tell you to relax (apparently clenching is bad and can make it hurt much worse) but it is VERY hard to relax when they are about to pull a tube out of your junk!
Ugh, just thinking about it makes me stressed. Which is ridiculous as it's a really innocuous procedure, but something I can't stand.
Congrats on your surgery, and best of luck! Greatest thing I've ever done. I would have a tube pulled out of my junk all over again if need be ;-)

Last week: 188.4
This week: 190.2 (Monday)
Did not see that coming.
Did not get to watch the "Dirty Birds" pick over the Cowboys carcass because of being on the way home from MS. Saturday night was great despite M-State losing in the last :25 seconds of the 4th quarter when Alabama got the go ahead touch down. It was a much better game than what was anticipated. Kudos to the fans in the stands too. Halftime show was tribute to the Military and very patriotic in nature. Few if any went to the bathroom or snack bar. Arkansas this Saturday in Fayetteville then Ol' Miss on Thanksgiving Day in Starkville.
Duty calls.
Never, and I mean NEVER, trust a fart!!
Didn't post last week...Was about 197-8. Today 196-197...Has the flu this week. That helped a little. Living in California can be nice. Yesterday I decided (after the flu) to take on mowing the front yard. Also did some blowing, raking, and picking up leaves. A good workout post flu. Tomorrow I plan to pick up garbage at a church (big parking lots)...I walk about 2 miles with a grabber...Good easy exercise. There is clean air now, so I don't mind at all (mostly retired...Keeping busy). The 49ers won't go winless this year!! Have a good week. Brian PS The holidays are coming up...Be mindful how you will plan to maneuver around all that food!! Have a game plan or you'll be kicking yourself in early January...

Started the second wave of this stupid project last week. I didn't do bad eating, but I really need more water in me. That's my goal for this week. I was able to get one workout in last week. I should be able to do better this week.
I didn't get much chance to watch football yesterday since we have an out of town guest. I missed a really good day...
Have a great week!!

Meet with Orthopedic Tuesday to see if I can get out of this damn walking boot. I tore some ligaments in my ankle during a spartan race so... hopefully I wont have that to deal with post surgery.
