TOO MUCH EXCERSICE LESS WEIGHT LOST???
WOW!!
I had my Sleeve in May 14 this year,so its about 16 weeks post op...I started going to the Gym on my 3rd week post op.I started workout on Cardio for 1 hour its tough :( As weight lost getting slight better I increase it to 1.5hours and now average is not less than 3 hours, 4 times a week..or sometimes 5 times.
Name it what cardio excersice..treadmill,cross trainner,cycling,rowing,stepper in between lat pull down ..triceps extention.leg press and shoulder press mostly I can take 70lbs.
This is extream for me..especially doing cardio, in total managed to burned 650-700 calories on cardio excluding the weight lift...
Honestly my intake is 500-600 without CARB till now, lot's of lemon juice (master cleanse) veggie juice,fruit juice,lots of soyabean sometimes veggie soup or fish soup just a few spoon..ofcourse not forgetting my NON FAT SUGAR FREE YOGURT DRINK ..
Even now is my 20 days of fasting( from 5.30am-7.15pm) no drink no food till 7.15,I still keep going to the gym for 2 hours and cycle home ...flat waiting for sunset and when its time for me to drink and eat..I just need 1/2 glass of yogurt drink and I feel full..even I sip it slow..
Not only family worried about my eating problems,I myself feel than I just preffer liquid..and WHY MY WEIGHT LOST NOT SO MUCH??I didn't measure my body size,what i can tell U,my watch size reduced..can just drop off..I had it removed 3.5cm and now still loose..my rings fall off..my neck like giraffle...
Sometimes my weight stall !! my stomach is totally flat my bra size reduce 2 size..my pants dropping..
BUT WHY MY WEIGHT LOST JUST LITTLE..?? My hypertention say bye bye..I'm on Iron due to Anemia,calcium.vit B complex,glicosamine for my slip disc..I even had VIT B12 BY injection..My stamina is fantastic as my instructor said to me that even on cardio I still can talk normally even my whole entire is wet..

Why are you fasting? you need to give your body the protien to burn. from all the trainers i have talked to, small meals 5 times a day is better than 3 regular meals or no meals.
plus with all the exercise you are doing, fat turns to muscle and muscle weighs more than fat .. so there could be another reason for the low loss.
It has to be hard with a sleeve doing your fast but i under stand why being your religion so dont push the execise so hard during this month... do make the most of when you can eat and drink, i think your wise doing the fluids because you dont have to wait the 30 mins after eating to drink ans can get re hydrated...
good luck... but when you are off your fast you should try to eat solid food

It's understandable that you're fasting for religious reasons, but from 7.15 till bedtime make sure you actually eat as much as possible really. You may not be hungry but that's not a reason not to eat. Your body is probably in starvation mode and exercising tones you up but doesn't really make you lose weight, because you're building muscle and muscle weights more than fat and so on. You could do a body analysis and use that as measurement just to know the percentage of fat/muscle/water in your body.
By eating less and exercising more you're not gonna make the weight disappear.
