Hang In There!!

Hi Shelley - glad to hear from you. I'm sure things are getting better every day. How long will you be off work? How many staples are there? Roger was due to have his surgery next week, but on his two week weigh-in he gained 1.8 lbs. so they are delaying him. Stay positive and focused - Carolyn

Oh no - he didn't......shoot. I bet he's angry about that. There are 5 incisions - 28 staples in total. It hurts to cough or sneeze but it getting a little easier. I haven't been able to sleep in a bed yet. I've been sleeping sitting up in chair and am anxious to be able to lie down. I'm going to try tonight by propping myself up with a lot of pillows. I'll keep you updated. I'd love to find someone who went through the two week liquid phase to find out if they have any suggestions. I'm finding it very hard. Shelley
