Referral

My referral was sent in March 2009 to Dr.SAVOIE..just wondering how long you waited before you got your first consult. I know this isn't a long time compared to some who have been waiting years. I'm sorry to be a pain. My doctor sent it to Dr. Savoie's office cause he said the list wasn't that long, he was surprised when I seen him today that I hadn't heard anything. I told him that people who had consults earlier last year are just having surgery this year.  Anyway I also  wanted to thank all the people here on this site. You have always been helpful and understanding. Thanks alot for giving me a place where people truly understand what it is like for me.

 My referral went in March 2009 as well. Last time I called they had started working on February 2009 referrals and then were put on hold so that the Dr. S could catch up. That was the last update that I had at the end of November (maybe early December).

A friend of mine has been waiting since a few months after Dr S started....I wonder why.

 Did she call and make sure that they had her referral? The clinic lost mine the first time.

Yes she did but it was a long time ago. I will suggest she call again.
