Hi all,

Quick question for the group.  I had VSG a week ago in Moncton and have been feeling great.  Hardly any post operative pain, no issues with the liquid diet, and have been taking in 70-80g of protein per day as instructed by the dietician.  today Ive felt lethargic and a bit lightheaded.  Has anyone else had similar issues and did it resolve quickly   Im hoping when I start on pureed food next Friday, my energy levels will rebound.  Thanks for any feedback!  Peter

I found this video last night on youtube and thought I would share it, I like how this guy sums up the top things we hear when telling people what type of surgery you are going for, they always give you crap about it. This Video made me fell a little better about all those people that seem to drag you down about it and make you feel like crap. My best friend really gave me crap years ago when I was just thinking about it and I think she touched on each of these things at some point. It took me 2 years to talk to her about it again.
