Not too bad:) for the most part I have felt good but a couple of days I feel nauseated and almost week feeling. But it is not at all what I had anticipated considering what the surgery entails. Glad your home:)
Sore but I feel a bit better everyday day. Still no bowel movement though so I may have to use a stool softener. It was nice to sleep in my own bed last night!!

Hey there.I had my first consultation in Sept of 2013 and signed my consent at the beginning of the summer. I just had the gastric sleeve procedure on Tuesday. Pain so far is surprisingly minimal and the entire staff at the Dumont hospital was amazing. im sure that youll be getting some news soon. good luck with the protein shake diet. it absolutely sucks. the only saviour was the caramel nut protein bars. absolutely delicious,. worth the extra bit of money to order the package with the p;rotein bars. All the beston your next step on the journey. Peter
Yes I know.....I have to say I was really disappointed when I heard that........I feel like my life is on hold waiting for this surgery to come. I know it is all worth it but it's been so many years and just when it seems within reach........still have to wait. I know it's better than the alternative but ..... I was hoping it would be done in December now it could be April or later really....depending...... sigh.

Thanks Cindy :) I'm getting so anxious lately going over things and trying to prepare myself in the hopes the call would come any day. Oh well I guess all good things come to those who wait.

I signed my consent with you on Oct 3rd as well. I called Monique yesterday and she said she just got 12 files from the people who signed in August. She told me it wouldn't be until March or April for who signed on Oct 3rd. I know it's coming but waiting is long. :(
