Just wanted to reach out to anyone else still waiting who may have signed their consent for surgery around the same time my sister and I. We saw Dr B on October 3rd and havent heard anything since.

About 8 days after surgery I was the exact same weight as the day of surgery...but soon after the pounds started to shed away....

Try some lean meats cut up cheese get a list of protein foods off the net and try some new things good luck

i guarantee for the first 8-12 months you will lose. how much we dont always know but you will.

with the exception of the famous three week stall where the scales will stop for 1-a couple weeks.

my advise looking back is take advantage of this first year. slow but sure

i cannot add much. there is no way i could stop taking tecta. tried once and was in pain so 2.5 years later, still taking it
