I did my surgery in September in Moncton. I did three shakes and two bars a day. That way I still had the solid chew sensation. I found with the shakes and bars I didn't really get hungry. Now that I am done the surgery I find if I allow myself a small piece of chocolate I don't get to the obsessed craving point. When I try not to it becomes all I can think about as everyone around me indulges. Then after I don't want any for a while. It's like that with everything. They don't encourag this because people tend to slip back into bad food choices. I don't think I will slip. I am still focused that this isn't what I want to eat all the time. I just know I can get do obsessed with something that I will gorge on it! I was a mcds junkie before, but that kind of food doesn't feel so good in the stomach. Kind of like a lead weight just sitting there. So it doesn't tempt me at all anymore!

I was antsy too. So I called! They wouldn't tell me much until it was when they booked me.
I've done all the testing, and signed the papers. Now it's just a matter of playing the waiting game. Did any of you call OR Booking to see if they would / could tell you anything about your date? Between the waiting and the not knowing when I am falling a part :(
I am at the last stage and just waiting for THE CALL! Impatient doesn't even begin to describe how I feel today! Well every day for that matter! LOL
