Here is my 7 month post-op wrap-up.
Pre-surgery weight: 267lbs
Today's weight: 178lbs
Total lost: 89lbs
Goal weight: 160lbs
18 lbs to go!!!!
-Working out at home 2-3 times a week with the program the physiotherapist made for me and it is going very well
-Slow and steady weight loss
-Still using PatchMD vitamins instead of regular pill format vitamin for my Multi and Vitamin D/Calcium.
-Water consumption has gone down to about 30oz a day....need to work hard on this!!!
-Still freezing, but not as much!!! Got an electric blanket and I heat up my sheets before I go to bed....love it!!! My body is adjusting I guess.
-Cleaned my closet again....
-My wide calf boots are way too big now and regular sized boot don't quite fit yet (some do and some don't)...
-My portion size has stayed consistent
Still no regrets! So grateful for this surgery, truly is life-changing

Scope went great! It was a breeze and he said everything looked good to go! YAY! I was so releived I cried into the drool towell lol Now to wait patiently for Erin to book me to go back and see him. Patience is not my strong suit lol I am just so excited for this new chance at life

That's awesome! I am having my scope done on Monday. I am terrified that he will tell me I have a hiatial hernia which means he wont preform the surgery. I should be right behind you sometime in Jan/Feb for the surgery :)
Time/portion/Calories/Protein/water/exercise
That was really quick. I have not been given any information about pre op tests yet. Not sure if I will get that info at the all day session. It seems like each doctor has a different way of doing things and the wait times are so different.
