NEED A RIDE TO AND FROM HOSPITAL

.........PLEASE...............I KNOW NOT MUCH NOTICE HELLO EVERYONE....... In need of a ride to and from hospital. Because I am on Medicad and have a vehical in my name working or not, registed or not....my worker says I can't use the medical transportation service. My car is not working properly and if it were I cant drive it because it's not registered here in Nebraska. I need a ride to and from hospital, My surgery is January 27th, 2004.
