Monday's Plan

Well we will just say there was a weekend and even after 10 months I can still be stupid lol.  Let myself get way to hungry and then ate way to fast.  Enough said.  Today will be better

Breakfast - Greek Yogurt
Lunch - Steak tips, 1/4 baked potato w/ cheese
dinner - no clue baseball tonight ( chili is looking good)
snack - protein bar
snack 10 peanut butter pretzels for the game.  If needed
