8 weeks out
I just got home from my doctor's appointment. I am down 33 pounds. In my clothes I am now down to a 16. I started at a 20/22. I feel more a loss in my clothes than on the scale. I quit weighing myself after I didn't move on the scales for about 1-11/2 weeks. He said I am doing great and will see me in 6 weeks. Christine

Congrats on the weight loss hun, that is just awesome!
Yeah I remember seeing it more in my clothes and then on the scale and then back to the clothes. I guess that is the way our bodies lose the weight since it is/was fast.
All the best hun!

Good for you for kicking the hunkametal to the curb, focus on health related sucesses and the lifestyle and you will succeed! HUGS Jamie
