Lap Band on 12/09/09 with
Topic: RE: Protein drinks
Today is your big day!! !Congratulations!

I had the Lapband as well, (12/9/2009).  I drink Isopure  Dutch Chocolate,  Today I'm trying the banana for the 1st time, it's not bad, definitly something that I can make into a good shake if I add things. The cookies and creme is horrible.  I like the Isopure because you get your protein, and it has the least amount of calories, fat, carbs etc, than the others.   Isopure also makes smoothies now, which is very good, I'm not a huge fan of the orange flavored one, but it isn't horrible, I prefer the pomegranite/berry ones the best.

Good luck!!! Hope to hear from you soon!

 AWARENESS is the key......BRAVO!

Try to have some cheese cubes, hard boiled eggs or jerky around for days like this...they happen to us all and sometimes more often than I'd like to admit....so I know how you feel.

Tomorrow WILL be a better day, I like your postivity statement Girl!
