i just found out southwest does fly to long island...so i will be coming. i went to the oh conference in chicago and had fun....

You can fly Southwest from Buffalo to Long Island (ISP) (or Islip). The hotel is approx 15 minutes from that airport. If you fly into JFK, it's about an hour drive.

I need to get back on track i had rny 9/2 /08 and lost 105 lbs gained 20 wont let it go any farther.need all the help i can get.

THanks Maryellen i just had a couple of strawberries and a banana.....2 pretzel rods earlier. I did make my sauce and meatballs are cooking so I will have a couple later.

Today, I am not feeling well, I have flu like symptoms and my throat is aching so I have only had CLICK made with skim milk for extra protein twice and a few cups of decaf tea with splenda.
My family ate my spaghetti and sauce and if I'm feeling better tonight I'd like to eat a meatball or two.
Anyway, BRAVO LM and Please continue the GREAT selections and posting, you are not only helping yourself, but you are helping others!

Topic: What did you eat today?
Breakfast: 2 egg whites made with olive oil spray
2 slices light whole wheat bread
4 strawberries
coffee splenda and skim milk
Lunch: Tuna fish on 2 slices light whole wheat bread
tsp mayo
Dinner: Making homemade pasta sauce with meatballs and pasta so will prob have a meatball or two with sauce / also making some fresh stringbeans in the sauce so will have that too...
snacks: not sure yet :)

Yes it sure is a key but so hard to keep going when things get rough! I think it must take a while to make these NEW habits part of your every day life!
