Just a ticker Check
Things are going. Trying real hard to stick with the food guidelines. So far I've done pretty good. I must admit I did have chinese last night for dinner which has been my biggest opps so far. I know I ate more then I should have but at least I didn't eat as much as I used to. But from now on its all good food. I hope.
I'm on my way to the store this afternoon to buy some more groceries. Trying to gradually update my cupboards with healthier food. I have all my pre-op test this Friday. I'm back on the excited uphill of this crazy rollar coaster ride. I hope not to have anymore downhills but I'm sure I will. Who needs Cedar Point when you have these kinds of ups and downs?
Any news for your date yet? I know July 11 will be here before I know it, but I try not to think about it because then I get nervous and go crazy. Just trying to keep those happy thoughts in my head as long as possible.
