CareSource in Ohio

I am having my first meeting with a WLS in Ashland, KY on Tue. I have CareSource of Ohio. Does anyone have any experience with them? How long did it take from your first meeting to your surgery? What all did you have to do to get approved? Thanks for your help.

I have caresource. My bill was paid 100%! My surgery was 12/11/12 and I was required to see the dietitian for nine months
